    This recipe will go down as a family classic. I can make this without looking at the recipe. I bring it to potlucks and families in need. The recipe is used for recipe exchanges. It is so good and wonderful. It took me longer the 30 mins the first few times I made it, but it goes quicker now with practice. I use milk instead of cream and it turns out fine. I try not to measure, as Rachael doesn't and it always turns out slightly different, but always excellent!

    I've made this numerous times and it always turns out yummo! Just about everybody that tastes this dish asks for the recipe. It's a real winner at our house.

    I actually used about a half cup of whole milk in place of the cream and thought it still came out really good. I also left out the mushrooms and added some fresh tarragon to the cheese/bechamel which added a nice flavor.

    My son and I have been trying new recipes and this one is great for cooking together. We made it for a covered dish at church last week and it got rave reviews. I get hungry just thinking about it, so we're going to cook it again tonight and I'll take leftovers to work for lunch tomorrow.

    This was great! Easy to prep and tasted very home-made! I used some fresh zucchini along with the mushrooms because I didn't have enough mushrooms, and it was very tasty! Great recipe and will add to one of our family favorites!

    This dish was awesome! Pretty easy to make, it did make a HUGE amount of food. My husband said this was better than Pretzel Chicken by Rachael.
