    I thought this was fantastic! Very very tasty! It seems all of Rachel's soups are great. The croutons were a great addition. Substituted spinach for the arugula. GREAT!!!

    This is certainly a guy pleasing soup; it's very hearty, manly and tasty! This recipe also appeals to the women and children I've fed it too as well. It's an all-around crowd pleaser and one of my favorites!

    I have been making this recipe for a couple of years now and it has become a winter staple in our house. I make this at least once a month and I have to double the recipe to make it through the weekend. I also triple the croutons. This is one of your best recipes!

    I have been making this recipe for years and everyone raves about it. In fact I get requests from office employees to bring it in for them! Personally I give Rachael Ray a 100% on this recipe and there is no better!

    This is so easy to make and SO good! I made this for my mother-in-law who is 100% Italian and she said it was like something HER mother would have made! There is no more stellar review than this!

    Incredible "Stoup". I've made this twice, and it turned out wonderful. What's nice about it is you can make small changes here and there, (I used mini wagon wheel pasta the first time, and ditalini the second and it still tastes so good. Thank you Rachel for a home run recipe!

    Very easy and filling! My kids loved it, for them, I give 5 stars. As for me, I give it 4. I have made it several times, you can skip the argula but go with the pasta she uses. I tried different pasta and it didn't work as good, but still delish!

    I MADE IT THE DAY AFTER THE SHOW AND IT WAS GOOD IEVEN GAVE SOME TO A FRIEND AND SHE ASK FOR THE RECIPE, AND THE NEXT DAY WAS EVEN BETTER, THANKS RACHEL.
