    OMG! I feel like I have never, NEVER in my life enjoyed corn on the cob as much as I did last night slathered with this butter! Also ended up spreading it on my grilled baby red potatoes....AND I just had to try a smidge on my grilled salmon..... YUM!!!!

    It was great on our grilled corn! The best thing is you can make extra and use it when you want to. No prep time for future cookouts!

    This a AWESOME on corn on the cob . . . however, one must try THIS melted over popcorn. It is a GREAT treat!!! Must TRY!!

    My family really enjoyed this. I have done a few alternative versions. One includes increasing the butter, adding one more jalapeno, and zesting only half the time. It's among heavy circulation in my grilling recipe collection.

    I served this to my family and everyone enjoyed it. I also gave the recipe to my friend and they thought it was great. Gave the corn a great taste and was refreshing with the lime. We have used it again several times.

    I found that the butter didn't roll out well when I took it out of the freezer. Watch for the size of the lime, as maybe I just used too much juice. Absolutely wonderful flavors though--they just popped! (I combined with another recipe and added a chili-cinnamon rub on top of the butter--worked great. My husband was mopping up his plate with everything else when the corn was done! Will definitely make again.
