I found that the butter didn't roll out well when I took it out of the freezer. Watch for the size of the lime, as maybe I just used too much juice. Absolutely wonderful flavors though--they just popped! (I combined with another recipe and added a chili-cinnamon rub on top of the butter--worked great. My husband was mopping up his plate with everything else when the corn was done! Will definitely make again.

This was a huge hit with my whole family. Fresh corn from the garden and a spiced up butter was really wonderful.

i just nuked a bag of corn and added the rest. All we tasted was lime and no jalapeno. Not bad but no heat.

It compliments corn beautifully and we've even experiemented with other veggies with great success. Even used it as a spread on bread. Delicious!

I prepared the corn on the cob with the chicken sausage and rosemary corn cakes recipe. YUMMY! The butter was a perfect balance of spice and salt and sweetness of the corn...mmmm. We've used the rest of the butter all week in our cooking.

This recipe is so easy but it is so good.
It is great with the corn on the cob. I also like it slathered on a slice of good bread.

So perfect! I wish I had more corn! It has the perfect amount of flavor, not too much, not too little. I cut myself another disk of the butter because I liked it so much.

I WAS REALLY SKEPTICAL ABOUT THIS RECIPE BUT WAS DETERMINED TO TRY SOMETHING NEW. MY HUSBAND AND I REALLY LIKED THE ZING THE JALAPENO GAVE TO THE BUTTER FOR THE CORN AND ENDED UP LIKING IT A LOT. GO FOR IT!!

Butter and salt...Thats how I've always had corn, so I was a little apprehensive. This was really good!! A little overwhelming on the lime, I will cut down on it next time. Definately a keeper!
