This recipe is awesome. I have never purchased a Papaya but the salsa turned out yummy, it is a must with these burgers. I cooked these on my indoor grill and they were perfect. My entire family enjoyed, will definately make again.

I grilled them on our outdoor grill and they were awesome. The salsa was really good on chips.

I didn't have the ingredients on hand for the salsa, but next time I will make sure that I do. These burgers were 1easy; 2delicious and 3given a thumbs up by my husband who opted for a regular burger tonight (too bad!. Try this, you won't be disappointed. Can't wait to try w/the salsa and I love the suggestion of grilled pineapples as an alternative. Thanks.

I cooked this tonight for my boyfriend and he absolutely loved it, salsa and all! I really enjoyed the burgers but I thought the salsa was really different...but I like it! I couldn't see children liking the salsa...it was very spicy. I thought the burgers were moist and delicious!

This is a favorite of mine and my husband. We love turkey burgers, but they were always plain. Now I spice them up with this recipe. Delicious!

I love this recipe! The flavor is so great! I'm not crazy about papaya, so I make the salsa with mango or pineapple. It makes a really great salsa.

I am a rookie cook and usually suspicious of trying "Different" things and I cooked this tonight and I absolutly LOVED it. I never would think that a salsa with so many different flavors would be so good.

Love this one. It is a bit time consuming, not sure how Rachel does it in 30 minutes. I can't, but it is well worth the effort. I use mango's not papaya's. Kid's love it too, but no onions for them.

My entire family enjoyed this burger - even the kids. Great flavor, juicy, definately a two napkin burger.
