Racheal has done it again. These burgers were so good with the ginger, jalapeno, onion and the seasonings that I'll never make another plain hamburger again! I skipped the salsa and instead grilled a slice of fresh pineapple and topped my burgers with that plus some avocado slices. Couldn't have been more pleased!

I loved this whole meal. The salsa was so good I had to stop myself from eating the whole bowl before dinner.

I served in over lettuce to cut down on carbs.

The burgers have a lot of great flavor and a nice kick, but they were a little dry, despite not being overdone. I think this is the drawback to turkey burgers, though.

This recipe is delicious! I will definitely make it again. Try it with Newman's Own Peach Salsa. Thanks! Rachel.

I made the salsa to add to grilled chicken breasts. What a kick! Now that's a marriage of flavors! Even my picky eater loved it and no leftovers.

These burgers are a delicious alternative to plain turkey burgers. The salsa - with a little heat and a whole lot of flavor - is a great accompaniment to the Caribbean-spiced burger. A great summer grill recipe.
