I used a too tart red grapefruit and the fruit turned sooo bitter. the fish and cabbage was delicious. Do Not use tart grapefruit.

My wife and I have different opinions. I liked it best with the grapefruit and I made it later with orange and she liked it best with the orange. I made it wth the snapper and with tilapia. The cabbage and couscous were out of this world. Have used the couscous and cabbage as side dishes with other dinners as well. Will definitely make it again.

I love this recipe, it truly only takes 30 minutes. The savoy cabbage is amazing, and the fish is tasty even if you're not a grapefruit lover. I appreciate that the ingredients are few and inexpensive.

I made my couscous without the sweet peas and chive. Instead I sauteed some garlic and onion and the fresh herb I had on hand (which was thyme and it was awesome! in a pot before adding the chicken stock (in addtion to 1 1/2 cups stock I also added almost a quarter cup of white wine because otherwise your couscous will be too dry. By the way, don't expect the sauce to be a thick one, its liquid is perfect alongside fish ( fish is a dry meat. Cabbage-sensational way better than I ever dreamed it would be. I also loved this one because I had everything but the cabbage on hand!

Local market out of red snapper the day I decided to prepare this recipe so I substituted Talapia. It was great. This is one I will soon repeat.

This was bland bland bland. In fact, this after a RR kale recipe that went horribly wrong, I gave up cooking her recipes for awhile.

I love alot of RR's Recipes, but this dish was awful. Too bitter and bland. I will not be making this again.
