    I would not classify this as just an adult cookie or dessert, as my 4 year old daughter loves them as much as we do!!
    I have been making these cookies for a few years (ever since I watched Rachael make them the first time and all of my neighbors and friends love them. Even I love them and I don't drink coffee!

    I absolutely LOVE these cookies! I cook them only 7 minutes so they are softer. A friend of mine is allergic to chocolate, but loves coffee. I tried this same recipe with Oatmeal Cookie Mix (no raisins!, no chocolate, but more walnuts. They were still incredible...so rich that I almost thought the chocolate was still in there!

    My DH is very picky. I also rarely cook, he raved about these! I don't drink coffee or even like coffee, but these are out of this world. A wonderful kick on plain chocolate chip cookies. I rated this a 4 because it has to be something really special to get a 5, but these are incredible.

    Although I was a litle dissapointed because I read the reviews thinking these would be Adult cookies and that my kids would not be interested. Wrong so wrong. My kids just loved them so much that my husband and myself did not get many cookies. What we did get though were soooooo good. I will double batching these cookies.***
