Both the meat and the slaw are fantastic. I added some beef broth, a splash of white vinagar, and Sriracha chili sauce to the left over slaw and had a quick and delicious bowl of Hot and Sour soup.

This recipe rocks!!!! I have made it w/ flank steak and pork chops. I've shared it with a friend of mine and we are both addicted. Taking a jar of marinade on vacation with us to make it in Hilton Head:

I have no idea how authentic this recipe is, but I can tell you how delicious it is! Worth every star, the steak and the slaw together are explosively amazing. I don't really even care for sauerkraut and loved it! Sweet, spicy, salty and tangy. Perfect!

I had a korean friend who made this for my family a few times and it was SOOO good! This recipe is very similar to her's! I marinated mine for 48 hrs and it was very tender! Great!

Instead of grilling the flank steak, I cut it up in strips. I marinated it in the sauce as above, but added some ginger to the mix and switched to a citrus soy. I added some vegetables and made a stir fry. It came out amazing, I made a side dish of white rice. Put it together, and it was amazing.

I only made the steak from this recipe, but it was delicious. I'm not even a big fan of steaks, in general, but I wanted to try something new for my daughters and husband who love steak. My 4-year old is already asking for seconds.

Absolutely great! The beef was flavorful and tender and the faux kim chee (aka bok choy mixture was outstanding.
