my boyfriends eyes light up when i say, "lets do the korean/rachel recipe tonight" making it today for the 4th time, we skip the kraut and pepper flakes and use kim chee from asian market.. will try korean bbq seasoning this time in place of steak seasoning. this is just a GREAT recipe, never any left overs

This recipe is so easy, my whole family loved it. My sister, who is known for being a persnickety eater, went back for seconds!

LOVED the marinade for the meat. The steak came out so good - nice and tender. I let it marinate for 5 hrs. I would have had it in there longer but I had trouble finding a flank steak. I ended up using sirloin tips. I didn't make the hot slaw - don't like sauerkraut. Instead I made a favorite of ours, Tyler Florence's Asian Slaw - went great w/the meal, and also made some brown rice on the side.

only made the meat from this... it's AMAZING! I only use a small amount of hot pepper flake as I found the taste was a little too spicy at first... but this is a CROWD PLEASER!

This is the first Rachel Ray recipe I've ever made, but won't be the last! This was great! I made it exactly according to the recipe, and wouldn't change a thing.

Very tasty! Te marinade for the meat is out of this world how good it is. And the salad just complements the meat. One of my favorite recepies so far.

This entire meal was AWESOME! The slaw that goes with the dish makes a beautiful presentation, so colorful and tasty as well, not to mention healthy. Due to the meat being cut against the grain and so thin, it was not hard to chew and had a delicious flavor as well. I reheated this entire meal the next day in the oven, slaw on bottom and meat on top, 2 minutes on bake and 2 minutes on broil, and it tasted even better than the first day! THIS RECIPE IS DEFINITELY A KEEPER! I'd love to see more dishes like this one. THANK YOU RACHAEL! Recipes like this are so unique and special.

My first experience with flank steak and bok choy..... I didn't know what I was missing!!! At first I was sceptical about the seasonings, not a big soy sauce fan, and the sesame oil has a quite pungent smell; but all who tried LOVED this!! Makes great leftovers also.

I think the marinade in this recipe is fantastic. It is great on chicken and pork.
