I only made the marinade, and I used it on some salmon fillets I grilled. It was delicious! I didn't have any sesame oil, and I used regular soy instead of the recommended kind. I will make again!

I thought this recipe was O.K. I don't think 10 minutes is long enough to marinade the meat, because the meat came out tasting bland. The sauce smelled wonderful though, so I think this recipe has a lot of potential. I would either marinade it a little longer, or maybe tenderize the meat with a tenderizer first.

I was getting so sick of just boring grilled steak until I tried out this recipe. It was truely amazing! I am a picky eater and rarely finish everything on my plate, but I finished this without a problem. I even considered licking the plate because the juices were so good. I highly recommend this recipe.

I enjoyed the marinade for the meat but the addition of the sauerkraut to the slaw was awful! I would never make this again. Save the sauerkraut for some nice pork ribs! :

I planned to make this just for my family as a trial run, but ended up cooking it for a crowd. Lucky for me, it was so easy and even more delicious. I was told that I'd "outdone" myself on this one more than once!

We cut out the red pepper flakes completely and still were amazed at the flavors! We don't know true korean BBQ, but we DO know what is fantastic!!!! Super, super, super. We will make it for company to impress them.

My entire family loved this meal. Normally, I do not enjoy Kim Chee. I have tasted it from Asian restaurants, as well as from the supermarket and did not like any of it, but I truly enjoyed your knock off of Kim Chee. The beef was delicous as well. Rachael, keep up the good work.
