I only made the mashed potatoes, they came out VERY salty. I think this recipe has a lot of potential but you should wath the amount of salt when making it.

This was a great meal. Took me an hour to put together. But it was well worth it. Thanks.

I made the mint/parley mashed peas and potatoes and served them with a different lamb recipe. The potatoes were delicious. The raw garlic was pretty strong, but the flavor mellowed a bit when I had some of the leftovers the next day. My one complaint is that it drives me nuts when 2 or 3 different dishes are all listed as a single recipe, requiring cooks to look very carefully to determine what ingredients to use if we only want to make one of the dishes.

I didn't make anything but the salad from this episode, but that on its own was fantastic. Very spring-y...hence the name...and very fresh. I'd never had fennel before but loved it, and the addition of mint to the salad was genius. Again...more spring. Great light dressing.

I'm single so I don't cook rack of lamb for one. I grilled 4 shoulder lamb chops on my stove's griddle. Took 2 pkgs of Frozen Twice Baked Sour Cream Potatoes - when thawed in microwave - added frozen peas & carrots & some mint jelly - re-heated combo in microwave. Same basic ingredients - 15 minutes and leftovers for next day.

I am not a big lamb eater (raised rare breed sheep and fell in lovebut my husband is and decided to make him this for Easter - this was easy to make and VERY VERY yummy. Can't wait to fix it again.

I made this for my bible study group, without trying it out first, as a pre-Easter celebration. Well, now I've been ex-communicated. I didn't think it was very good, either, and I blame the devil for tempting me to make this bad food. Please forgive me.

This was really good, but did take more time. It was very gourmet! Who is this Lucy person who is mixing up Rachel with Martha Stewart? Is it a joke or is she a lunatic?
