We used just the sauce for dipping lamb "pops" from our rosemary-grilled rack of lamb. I blended it at the last minute and used dried mint. We thought it was an easy, quick sauce ... On Christmas there are no stores open, and this worked great with just pantry items.

This recipe is easy but tastes like you spent hours in the kitchen. It's one of my favorites. Try it - You won't be disappointed.

Easy to prepare and tasty. A nice change from the other boring meats!

I change this a bit becasue of timing. I pre-prepared the chops with the garlic and oil and then put them in the fridge for 3-4 hours. Then quick broiled tham on the backyard grill, searing in the flavor. Try this variantion...

We love the mint-mustard sauce -- it is a perfect complement to the lamb and we have also made it for grilled zucchini and asian egglant.

Oily, greasy tasting...out of the four of us that tried it, no one liked it.

My family loves lamb and when I saw this recipe I just had to try it. I followed the directions exactly, but I will not be making this again. First of all, it really wasn't necessary to drizzle oil on the lamb chops before grilling them. Also, the dipping sauce came out oily and the mustard was just too overpowering for lamb.

I was not able to find lamb and so substituted pork chops. The mustard sauce was wonderful and worked really well with the pork chops

This dipping sauce for lamb is extraordinary! I brought it to a Christmas party as an accompaniment to grilled lamb. Everyone who tasted it asked for the recipe. I'm making again for company tonight and can't wait until the raves start! It is a perfect condiment for lamb. Thank you Rachel.
