Thank God for Rachael Ray! My husband was so impressed with this recipe, definitely a keeper! Now that I have the confidence to pull this off, I'll be making this on a regular basis.

I made this recipe and didn't enjoy it so much, but then my uncle said I was not supposed to eat the paper towel and the next time it was better. But not much.

I started making this last night at 11:58, but unfortunately I had to stop the microwave early, before it became "Early Morning Bacon". The bacon was soggy and uncooked...next time I will have to start earlier, and then I might have better luck. Otherwise, I found this fairly easy to follow...though I saw my life flash before my eyes when I accidentally overlapped two bacon slices. Oh boy, thank goodness for the "pause cooking" button. Thanks, Rachael.

If you use 6-13 paper towels and cook the bacon for two minutes you waste a lot more paper towels that way. Also, NO PICTURE, how will I know if my bacon is properly lapped.

This was a bit complicated, but I finally was able to produce Late Night Bacon. I think a glass of ice water would compliment this perfectly. Rachel, do you have a great recipe for ice that's not too complicated?

My girlfriend made this for me last night. I can't believe it. I had no idea she could cook. Today, I asked her to marry me. I'm going to call this "Engagement Bacon."

I tried this, but to be honest, I much preferred your Pineapple Wedges recipe, to this one. It is WAY too complex, and it takes too long to prepare! If I want to make some bacon at night, I want it to be quick, or I will be caught by Candlejack, and no-one wants tha

Wait... First the recipe says not to overlap, but then it says to "Place 2 more sheets of paper towel on top." How can I put 2 more paper towel sheets on top without overlapping? This recipe is too confusing for me.
