Did you confuse your microwave with your easy bake oven? 6-13 minutes on high would pulverize bacon, 3-4 minutes on high power would be adequate

Thank you RR! I've found this makes an excellent entree when served with your pineapple wedges!!

I can see why Food Network chose Tyler Florence's Tagliatelle Bolognese as a similar recipe...Just like late night bacon, but not as tasty. Must be the paper towels. Poor Tyler.

I love this but I am confused as to why it is called "Late Night Bacon"? My kids love it for breakfast, lunch AND dinner and we're not a "Late eating family!" I recommend renaming it to "Dancing With The Stars Couch Snack Bacon" or "My son's lunch."

The one thing is, when I make it for dinner, I have to quadruple the recipe by 4. Otherwise, Kudos on the perfect family meal!

We've all heard it on the Internet; everything's better with bacon. What I *didn't* realize was that even bacon is better with bacon. Now I know. Thanks Rachael Ray.

I don't know what everyone is complaining about. This was a great recipe. I mean, even I had my doubts about how bacon would taste between the four strips of paper towel, but they soaked up the grease and it tasted great. The best part is, you can eat it all like a sandwich by leaving the paper towel flat, or roll it up like a burrito! My only question to the recipe maker is, does different paper towels bring different flavours or textures to the meal?
