IN THIS ECONOMY, we dont have fancy late night bacon money in this household. so I sliced a hot dog into approximate bacon-sized slivers.I lay the hot dog slivers out on a sheet of tin foil and I swear on my life NONE of the slivers overlapped!! I was real careful. started it & little bolts of lightning started shooting out inside of the box from the top!!! there were loud sizzling-pop-bang noises!? Idk, I grabbed my box of wine and got out of there fast..what do I do now?!?!?!

I can't rate this, it's not a recipe. It's a preparation tip. And only for microwaving not even frying or baking. I want to make a snarky joke but c'mon! If you are so stupid you need someone to tell you how to cook bacon you better buy the premade stuff! Thanks Rachel Ray you freaking genius.

BTW: I HAD to rate this. It deserved no rating at all or better yet a negative rating.

Wellllll, I drank a few four loko first because why else would I want late night bacon? Late night munchies! reallllly though, I have to adapt the recipe and make in the morning instead because as I discovered the 4lokos have good reason to be bannned..... I don't exactly remember what happened, but I didn't have the recipe on hand and was going on memory and I guess I just put the package in the microwave.... my apartment caught on fire.. while I was passed out on the floor dreaming of bacon. No apartment, and NO LATE NIGHT BACON.. :( Bad night.
(still three stars because dang I love bacon, especially late night style

My goodness, why wasn't this taught before now?? After burning down three houses, and that incident at the apartment building, that due to litigation I am not allowed to talk about, I was afraid I would have to give up my 'late night bacon' cravings.

But now I can go into court with confidence and tell the judge that I can now make 'late night bacon' without endangering others. Thank you FN and RR, you are life savers... literally.

Wow. Finally, someone has the courage to defy the Illuminati and publish the sacred "Late Night Bacon" recipe in its full, unedited glory. I only hope that Rachael lives long enough to publish the follow-up epic: Peeling an Orange. (fingers crossed, y'all!
