This meal was delicious however in order to finish in 30 minutes I had to prepare the salsas ahead of time. I would spice it up a bit the next time with more hot sauce and I would add 1 cup instead of 1/2 of the pepper salsa to the chicken rice dinner.

This was really delicious, especially with the fresh salsa. However, it took me a lot longer than 30 minutes, maybe because I didn't watch the entire show and may have missed something. Didn't have time for the avocado cream, but just cut up some avocado. Will definitely make again!

My family didn't just like this recipe, they gobbled it up! I didn't use raisins simply because I didn't have any, but the recipe was perfectly seasoned. The toppings were perfect!

My husband and I loved this recipe. The pepper olive salsa was delicious and made the whole dish taste so fresh! I really liked how you were able to spend just a few minutes tending to the chicken and rice, which left plenty of time to prepare the other ingredients. My only gripe was why bring out the food processor if your avoiding dishes? It might just be easier to cube the avocado into the salsa and spoon the sour cream on top. Otherwise, a very tasty, flavorful dish!

This recipe was so easy to make and the flavor is great. I made it because it was easy to place in a container and carry to the park or to work.

Later on I'm going to try it with Chorizo to spice it up a bit.

    Favolous Rachell.

    Keep it up.

I think that this is an easy and delicious meal. Note, I added a little chedder and jack cheese in mine. I think that the seasonings are just amazing and it was an exposion in my mouth. THANKS
