I used less of the curd but kept the rest as written. Great with soy coated sesame greenbeans and brown rice.

My son really loves lemon chicken, and this is such a great recipe and really easy. Every time I make this there is none left. A great recipe for both a family meal, or for company.

This was fabulous. I made my own lemon curd. I cut the sugar in the lemon curd, so it wasn't so sweet. I have made this over and over again.

It was a good recipe but i but twice as much salt in and it gave it a very nice sweet and sour flavor.....yaya for Rachael Ray.

This recipe was really easy, and I was happy I read the reviews beforehand because I used only a little of the lemon curd and it was sweet enough.

I loved this meal, and I cannot wait to make it again! I, too will probably not use as much lemon curd, and I will probably add some spice to it. Great recipe!

The chicken portion of this recipe is done very well. However, when you incorporate the lemon curd, things start to go a little too sweet. I didn't have lemon curd, so I made my own from a recipe on this website by Ina Garten. The curd sauce is simply too sweet for this particular chicken dish. I've made lemon chicken a few times since and have concluded that using fresh lemon juice and zest, coupled with broth and flower for thickening is a much better way to cook this dish.

We used a lemon curd recipe also found on the food network. Our finished product didn't look as dark as the picture with the recipe but it is absolutley delicious.
