    I've never met a Rachael recipe I didn't like, but this was my families favorite of them all!

    We're having Rachael Ray week at our house this week. I just went back to work full time, and have run out of crock pot recipes, so I was looking for something fast, easy, and kid friendly. We started our week out with Lemon Chicken.

    My three year old had seconds. My six year old announced that she could eat this every day for the rest of her life. My husband actually said he liked it (that is high praise from him *lol*. It was very similar to the Lemon Chicken from our favorite Chinese restaurant in British Columbia.

    We will be making this super fast, super easy, super good recipe again! Thanks again, Rachael! :

    This was the best lemon chicken that we've ever had. I made a recipe from another food network star for lemon chicken, but this one takes the cake as far as taste and ease of preparation. Rachael you are the bomb!

    I found this recipe very easy to prepare.It is not too sweet, and quite lovely served on a bed of brown rice...Great presentation!

    I now have to double the recipe to have left overs. I make this when ever someone stops buy at dinner time. It goes so well with the rice.

    This chicken is so simple to make and is absolutely delicious! Better than Take out (and I'm from NJ, where Chinese food is a weekly dinner! My son is 4 1/2 and a REALLY picky eater. I had to beg and threaten him to take his first bite...he finished the rest of the chicken that was left in the pan and was meant for my husband's lunch the next day. He just kept asking for more. He renamed the dish "Candied Chicken." Whatever gets him to eat it, ya know.
