This recipe is awesome! Not only is it quick but very very good. The hardest part of the reicpe was actually finding lemon curd.

I made this tonight and couldn't wait to review it. This was (to quote Rachel, AWESOME! I made it with plain basmati rice because we all love it. Couldn't stop eating it even after I was full. Will make it many more times. Also, a hint to others, I found the lemon curd in with the pie fillings in my grocery store. Thank you again Rachel.

I have been on the hunt for a delicious Chinese-style lemon chicken recipe for months! This is easy and fast. I love lemon and added a little lemon juice along with the zest to up the tartness and cut the sweetness of the curd. Will make again!

Not only was this recipe easy to make, it was absolutely delicious. My husband said that I could make this dish every night for a month and he would still love it. My seven year old cleans her plate. She is usually very picky.

I did not make this in 30 min. took me much more to cook and brown the chicken. I like the sweet flavor of the curd, but my sauce was Waaay to thick. I will try again.
Oh!! also did have to use much more oil , my chicken wasn't frying.

The lemon curd was too sweet and made me think of dessert which I didn't like as I was biting into the chicken. However, my husband liked it.

LOVED LOVED LOVED this dish. So easy, so fast, so satisfying! Maybe would have gone a little lighter on the curd or cut it with more broth but overall a big success. Will make it again and again! Thanks Rachel!
