The dish tasted wonderful, but I felt it was lacking something. It may have needed a bit more spice for my taste.

Added a little soy sauce and it was as good as my favorite chinese restaurant.

i couldn't find a store that carried lemon curd, so i replaced it with apricot preserves and the juice of one lemon. it turned our very well, and was perfect with the "extra special rice" that was featured on the same show.

Sweet and sour combination makes this chicken dish have lots of flavor. I used the lemon I zested to squeeze some lemon juice onto the sliced chicken before I ever started up the burner.

This is very sweet, so if you prefer you could cut down on the lemon curd. Me and my family really enjoyed this dish, so full of flavor. I served it with couscous (using chicken broth. Delicious!

A VERY easy and fast meal. This recipe is wonderful!

I added a bit of ginger to the flour and to the sauce for an extra bit of "zing," and it was just lovely. Will certainly add this to my recipe book!

THis was such an easy dish to prepare, and we made it with one of Rachael's rice dishes and a green bean dish as shown on one of her shows. It was a great meal, healthy (which is important as I am diabetic and it was better than any lemon chicken I ever tasted. The lemon curd was hard to find til we saw it in the jams/jellies sectin of our Von's supermarket. Since then I have found it in several stores. This was a fabulous dish, not too tart nor to sweet. You will love it!

The lemon sauce was tasty but not overpowering. Next time I make it, I will thicken the sauce a little before I put the chicken back in. I think my chicken got a little tough because it took a little longer for the sauce to thicken than I anticipated and the chicken overcooked a bit. I will definately make this again. My husband raved!
