This dish was a huge hit! I served it over fried rice and it came out great. The sauce didn't thicken the way it was supposed to, but adding a tsp. of cornstarch worked well. The leftovers were just as good. This will be a regular dish in our house.

I have tried every lemon chicken recipe I come accross and this is by far the easiest and best liked. I can't make enough of it. Thank you, Rachel Ray, for sharing.

Very simple to make. Mine didn't come out as dark as the picture, so next time I'll stir fry the chicken a little longer. The lemon curd made the dish a little too sweet so next time I'll cut down on the lemon curd.

I have been a Rachael Ray follower since the beginning and have tried/enjoyed many of her recipes. By far, this is the best lemon chicken I have ever eaten. It tastes incredible and looks beautiful. I only wish there were more stars to give this one. Rachael, you are the best!

This was really simple to make. I didn't have a jar of lemon curd, but my family always makes it for Christmas breakfast and it's super simple to make from scratch, so I wipped up a batch and just used that. Very, very good!

I'm a personal chef and cook for a living, so I'm always on the lookout for easy but nonetheless great recipes with WOW factor for my clients...this is definitely one of them. Especially wonderful with Rachael's Middle Eastern Rice. Highly recommended.

I've made this recipe many times now and love it! It's sweeter than most lemon chicken I've had in restaurants but that's fine with me. Sometimes I coat it with flour and sometimes when I'm being lazy, I just sautee the chicken without the coating. Both are good although the coated is a little better. The sauce is fabulous over rice (I usually use brown. An easy, quick dinner.

This recipe was really easy to prepare, and lives up to the 30 Minute Meal moniker. I would add a bit more salt to the recipe, or at least something else to cut the sweetness of the lemon curd, however. Otherwise it was fantastic.
