I thought this recipe was absolutely delicious. It was definitely as good as any Chinese restaurant I've been to. I was able to find the lemon curd in the international food section of the grocery store (in the English/Irish section. I would definitely make this again.

We liked this dish but our two complaints were the curd made it way too sweet and we couldn't get the flour to stay on the chicken, so it didn't have that traditional breaded feel you expect from lemon chicken.

Recently made this for my family, they cleaned their plates. It is a must to serve with rice.

I've been making this dish for over a year, I think. It might sound weird to use lemon curd, but it makes it so fast and easy. (I can't get it at the Ralph's by me anymore, but they always have it at Trader Joe's--for So. Cal. ppl. This is one thing I feel like I can make well and everyone likes it. It turns out great every time and has become one of my husband's favorites (who was raised on meat-potatoes. :

this recipe was fast and easy. better if i could find lemon curd w/out hydrongenated vegetable oil. Not a good left-over, chicken gets tough.
