A super easy recipe that used ingredients I had on hand. This was a big hit at a bridal shower!

Make this for a party! It is fabulous! It is also great on toasted bread! The lemon-garlic-thyme flavor hits the spot!

I loved this one..... and it was so easy. The funny thing is that I usually can't stand chick-peas but this dip was really yummy! This is one of those recipes for which I always have the ingredients on hand. Creamy and delicious. My husband enjoys it with crackers for a light supper.

The one excellent thing about this recipe is "It's delicious and versatile." We all have our likes and dislikes and this is a recipe that is easily adaptable to individual taste. I love htis recipe even though I altered it alittle. I like a bit more kick in my dip so I added more hot sauce and an extra clove of garlic. But the basic recipe is child friendly and a good way to get kids to try raw veggies. Good going Rache!

I made this for friends that had come over for cocktails and appetizers before dinner. It got rave reviews and all of my guests appreicated a healthier option for snacks. We used leftover as a spread for sandwiches, yum!

I had high hopes for this recipe, but the zest plus juice of one whole lemon completely overpowered this dip! I had to add another can of chick peas to tone it down, but still it didn't make an impression on my party guests, as I had to throw away most of it afterward.

I loved this! The second time I made it, I added about 1/4 tsp of sesame oil to get see if it would make up for lack of tahini paste. very tasty

I made this dip using 3 cloves of garlic and absolutely loved it. My husband thought it was great with celery. Another winner of a recipe!

We had friends over for dinner and they loved it. My husband doesn't usually like chick peas but he just raved about it. He even added some chopped green olives and it added a good flavor. I will definitely make this again.
