Absolutely delicious! I loved the lemon-thyme flavor.

Adding a little tahini might help this one. Otherwise a bit bland.

This was surprisingly flavorful. The idea of using canned beans especially white beans sounded bland to me, but the recipe was so simple and the ingredients inexpensive that I decided to give this a try. I did personally find that I increased the amount of hot sauce to add more depth of flavor, but it?s such an easy recipe to modify. I used celery, cucumber slices, baby tomatoes, and radishes. I did find that it was difficult for the dip to stick, so I think next time I?ll cut the cucumbers into little sticks or continue to spoon the dip over the cucumber individually. Cracker sticks will also be yummy with this, and it?s such a simple and easy recipe. Most of the ingredients are staples, so it?s a good recipe to have around. I gave it 4 stars b/c I think the flavor should have more depth, but that's something each individual can correct easily. And if you don't have a food processor, I believe a potato masher would be an adequate substitute.

This one is a crowd-pleaser! The only modifications I made was to omit the lemon zest and only use the lemon juice, otherwise too lemony. Also, I like using the 19oz can of chick peas instead of the 15oz. I serve it with crackers, veggies, chips, anything -- it's a super dip!

i sure wish i liked this as much as everybody else does. i didn't care for it too much as a veggie dip but it has potential for bread sticks or sandwiches.

This stuff is so good! You just can't stop eating it! I used a really big clove of garlic, and i thought it might have been a bit too much. Next time I will use a smaller clove! Otherwise absolutely perfect!!!

I was a little hesitant to try this dip, but I'm glad I did. This was wonderful.

So good without all the calories of tahini. I loved it!
