I hardly rate any recipe a 5 unless it's awesome and this one is. I did use less lemon (only b/c the lemons I had were extremeley juicy. As always, do everything to your personal taste with the amt of lemon, salt, pepper, hot sauce, etc. Remember, it's all about you!

I absolutely loved this dip aka hummus! The only thing I did different was to add 2 cloves of garlic!!

with this recipe! So fast and easy to make, and so flavorful once it is done! Let it set up a while in the refrigerator and it just keeps on getting better. Another great recipe from Rachael, thanks!

I love hummus, but am trying to watch the fat in my diet. When I saw Rachael make this on her show, I had to try it. I've made it twice now and will continue making it--it makes a great sandwich, too! Smear some in a whole wheat pita, add a couple of tomato slices, some cucmber, lettuce...WONDERFUL! Perfect light taste for summer. My only problem is that I taste too much while I'm making it. BEWARE--it's addictive!

It is a great tangy recipe, it gets a little too hard if kept in the refrigerator. May be a little microwaving may help. Could be made a little more colorful by adding a little Cilantro.

Really wonderful recipe! I put less olive oil and some extra water in order to make it even healthier, and it still came out great. I love it with celery sticks.

Extra tasty, fast & EASY! I love 4-5 ingredient recipes! I may have made it too lemon-y, but I still can't wait to get home to my leftovers! Thanks Rachael!
