Made this dish last night as a side dish for chicken piccata and this is wonderful! So full of flavor. Can see this as a great side for so many other meals as well. We just loved this.

I made this for the first time the other day and it was great! I served it with some lemon cilantro chicken and they were delicious together! The only thing is that I found that the amount of garlic it calls for is too much. The next time I made it I used about 3 teaspoons/3 cloves of garlic instead of 4 and it was perfect!

This recipe is super easy and its made with ingredients that I usually have around the house. I make it for my family often and it has grown to be one of their favorites! I usually grill some chicken on my George Foreman grill with some olive oil and Jamaican jerk seasoning on it to go on top of the pasta. It complements this recipe very well!

Rachael Ray is really something special. She keeps coming up with these easy, quick, and delicious recipes that are perfect for the home cook. (They always take me way more than 30 minutes, though, but that's no problem. This one was good. Even though there are only two of us, I made the whole recipe and it tasted even better the second day. I feel that the chicken could be cooked for less time because I felt mine turned out a tad dry/overcooked. I left out the raisins because I don't like them. But the stuffing was so good and flavorful. I read on other reviews that you can freeze the stuffing so that's what I did but I don't know if it'll be enough to replicate the dish next time. All in all, a great tasting recipe that looks impressive. Thanks Rachael!!

Anyone who says this combination doesn't work hasn't prepared the recipe correctly! I love it and this is a keeper for me. I love this alternative to the usual sauces.
