    This was not bad, but it wasnt great either. Chicken was moist, but maybe too lemony for us. Prob won't make it again.

    Very good. Used whole breasts instead and just cut them up. Served over long grain and wild rice and asparagus with a touch of the leftover juice in the lemons and some light evoo and s and p. also added a small salad!

    My husband who doesn't have much taste for lemon, ate this up before even touching the side dish of roasted red potatoes. He expects me to make more and more of this in the future. Rachel, these were very good and very fast and easy to make. Two thumbs up!
