Super good and easy! Tastes even better the next day! I used extra chicken stock instead of the water and replaced the potatoes for sweet potatoes and it came out delicious! Even my 1 year old ate it up. Enjoy!

Very tasty!! Easy to make, chopping only time consuming thing. Hubster loved the spicy sausage too!

Good soup. I traded the water for extra chicken broth (2 cups and added a can of fire roasted tomatoes which gave it a little richer taste.

Very good. However after looking around for other recipes I noticed that there is a another soup recipe from Rachael that appears similar to this. That one seems more straightforward so not sure why this one exists.
