    I served this after dinner tonight.
    Everyone loved it, I substituted the limoncello with a lemon liqour.
    Perfect for the beginning of springtime.

    Lemon is always refreshing no matter how you use it. This dessert is a perfect ending to a light summer salad/meal or a heavy Italian supper. Either way I always receive compliments. And might I add I always keep these ingredients on hand for that last minute invite or drop-in...it goes together just that quick. Light, refreshing, quick. A frequent favorite at this establishment.

    this is a really good easy desert that takes no time to make. The only thing that could make it better is going a little heavier on the liquer! ;

    I can't take the pressure!! This is too hard!! The idea of having to zest a lemon is just too much work for me - I'm sweating bullets thinking about it! Isn't there store bought zest?? Everything else in this "recipe" is store bought - why the difficulty Rachael?! STOP THE MADNESS!! MAKE IT EASIER!!
