I just made this dish tonight for a Valentine's Day dinner for my husband and I. It was excellent! I could not find the Old Bay seasoning so I substituted McCormick seafood seasoning. I also used a little more than the recipe called for. I also added a little more cheese. VERY GOOD!

Another great 30-min dish Rachel. I just cooked it for my honey tonight for Valentine's day and he loved it! I modified the dish by adding more than 1 seafood in it - I combined lobster meat, scallops, and shrimps. They tasted wonderful together. Thanks again!

I made this dish for my husband. I used large shrimp instead. We liked it very much but I had to add more cheese and used 4 cloves of garlic to spice up the taste.
I will definitely cook this dish again!

For those of you who made this recipe without watching the program, she did not use the lobster shells in the casserole but rather just discarded them and used the cut-up lobster in the sauce, etc. which makes a ton more sense to me anyway. I plan to make this soon, but wanted to share the observation. I cannot imagine why the recipe even suggests keeping the shell for use in the casserole - sounds like a dumb idea to me.

Rich taste, easy to make, and even reheats well (without the shells. The hardest part is keeping the shells together, so if you get frustrated it makes a great casserole also!

My husband made this for the holidays.
It was delicious. Instead of putting the
lobster back in the shells, he put them
    in individual metal serving dishes.
We would make this again for sure.

We love this receipe - have made it several times. It's easy to go overboard on the onion, and we add tobasco to the sauce.

I don't eat lobster but wanted to make a special receipe for my husband. As it was only for one person, I only used 1 lobster tail but I also used 4 prawns. When I sauteed the cooked lobster I added the cut up chunks of raw prawns and cooked them at the same time. I made the sauce the same as given in the receipe, no changes. My husband *loved* it and can't wait to have it again.
