This really turned out good. Making the cauliflower with chicken broth is better than using water.

What a great way to disguise a vegatable. I would recommend you drain the liquid from the colliflower before mashing. Then add until you get the consistency you like.

All I can say is wow! I made the london broil and smashed cauliflower last night. We loved the cauliflower--it was sooo good! This will be a family staple from now on! Thanks!

The recipe for the london broil and gravy is fantastic. My whole family enjoyed the gravy on the beef and on the mashed potatoes I made. Although, I did not make the cauliflower or red chard I will certainly make this again.

Finally made the cauliflower and wish I had make it early on. It's my new substitute for mashed potatoes. What a find! Thanks to the others for the tip off for less liquid or at least drain it. I can't wait to serve this to eveyone I know. Rach', you did it again...a million thank yous.

I made this entire meal for my in-laws and even they were impressed. The kids and husband were impressed, too, especially since I don't even eat red meat and rarely cook it for them. They all loved the London Broil, which was too easy! They also loved the smashed cauliflower.
I had company over the next day and they got the leftovers. They even raved. Thanks for another excellent recipe Guru Ray!

I only tried the smashed cauliflower, and it is great. I poured off all the liquid before smashing and it turned out fine.

This was a great meal. The mashed cauliflower was a little runny. My biggest complaint is that it is low in carbs, but high in fat. Next time I will try to cut most of the butter & less cheese. We will see if it tastes as good!
