A friend and I share a liking for Rachel Ray's 30 min meals....I missed this episode and she mentioned it to me and all I can say is WOW! This is so easy to make and you will not miss the potatoes!

I have never made a london broil, this was excellent. The smashed cauliflower was the best I ever made.

I was able to entertain/watch my 11 month old and prepare this recipe - thats how easy it was to make! The London Broil came out DELICIOUS!! I didn't make the red chard and ham, but the smashed cauliflower didn't turn out quite how it was suppose to; it was very runny and looked awful. Fortunately, it tasted GREAT!!
I'll definitely be making this again.

I only tried the London broil w/ the steak sauce gravy not the cauliflower. The gravy sauce was mediocre. I probably would not make this again.

I made the steak for dinner last night and it was a hit! I took the tip from Rachael and used flank steak instead of London Broil because that's what I had on hand. It came out perfectly done. The gravy gave the steak a little kick of flavor. I will make this again!

I poored off the excess liquid and they mashed up fine. Very flavorful. What a difference stock makes over plain water!

This recipe gets 4 stars from me only because there's too much stock in the califlower. I'd cut down to about 1 cup instead of 3. Other than that, delish. I think I might substitute spinach next time for the greens, personal preference.

So good! Even my picky 1 and 3 year olds ate every bite! I did decrease the chicken stock in the Cauliflower and I did not have the soupy problem that the other reviewer had.
