I have NEVER liked London Broil until this recipe caught my eye with the Steak sauce gravy. It is SO incredibly easy to make and the gravy can even be applied to mashed potatoes. I pre-made the steak sauce gravy and applied it to the London Broil we made while camping and EVERYONE loved it!! Only complaint: don?t believe the 30-minute timeframe; I had a large cut of the London Broil and it took me over 45 minutes to cook thoroughly but hey ?a good meal is never more than an hour away!!!?

I've only made the cauliflower portion of the recipe and I love it!! Even my mom who hates cauli loves it. The only problem I seem to keep having is I have way too much stock left and have to drain it.

My family & friends all loved the smashed cauliflower. It was soul food. We paired it with our own marinated steaks and oven-roasted zucchini. I added some crumbled left over bacon and opted to use a 12 oz can of chicken stock. Of course, expect boiling and the reduction time to increase if you live in higher elevations. Potatoes just don't compare to the recipe.

This was incredible! I personally cooked it a little longer so it was more well done... but overall a great dish!

I loved the chard and will make it again but will probably leave out the ham. The vinegar and honey combo was awesome. The cauliflower was okay and I probably won't make it again. I didn't make the meat.

I really wished I would have read the reviews first and drained some of the broth. I've had mashed cauliflower before and have loved it but this was more like cauliflower puree.

I served the smashed cauliflower for Thanksgiving Dinner, it was excellent!! Raves, raves, no leftovers here, unfortunately!

I was quite surprised about this london broil, I have never been able to succesfully cook a london broil, it always comes out very tough, I realize now I was overcooking it, the marinade is excellent. My VERY picky husband praised me on this recipe, I served it with a baked potato and some roasted zuccini since neither my husband nor I like cauliflower.

Preheated broil for quite some time before cooking my meat, I let it marinate for a couple of hours outside the fridge.

    Thanks Rachael!.
