Like the other 90% of the country, I'm on the low carb diet. I absolutely love potatoes and my husband wants to have them for dinner quite often. Which is fine for him because he does not gain weight! So its torture to me when I have to cook them for dinner and not eat them. I recently saw this recipe on your show and tried it in place of potatoes. Wow! I love them and would recomend this to anyone who
is or isnt watching carbs. Its delicious!!

Out of this entire meal I personally feel that the real gem is the Cauliflower. I do however drain almost all of the liquid before mashing. I serve them with any meal that I would have previously included mashed potatoes

I found I had to really drain more water off the cauliflower. My husband who said he doesn't like cauliflower flipped over this. Thanks Rachel!

The london broil was an easy and tasty treat! However the mashed cauliflower... I don't think I'll ever be making that again. The consistency was terrible, the only saving grace being the vast amount of cheese.

This dish was simple to make, and in only 30 Minutes! How does Rachel do it? The combination of tastes and textures were pleasing, both to the eyes and to the palate. I'd make this whether or not I'm on a low-carb diet!

The London broil was great, but the gravy is to die for. I must've made it about 4 times since we first tried it. It's so easy to me and incredibly delicous. Love it!

The London Broil Steak was really good. I really loved the Smashed Cauliflower with Cheese. I just told my 7 year old daughter it was a type of mashed potato's. She tried them and loved them! The only problem I had was too much liquid, I will take other people's advice and cut the liquid in half next time. I did not try the Ham and Red Chard.
