Followed advice and drained all the broth (had to use boullion and it was a nice consistency after mashed. Wonderful flavor, but might use a little less cheese next time...

The london broil was ok. Did not have the chard. The Cauliflower smashed potatoes were excellent!

Although I haven't tried the London Broil, the Cauliflower and Chard are FABULOUS! My father's a very picky eater (thankfully, my mom's a gourmet cook and he talks about the cauliflower daily.
Beware- the chard reduces to a very small portion.

Since I'm on a low carb diet and also don't eat any beef, I cooked the Smashed Cauliflower portion of this dinner and it was fantastic. I did reduce the amount of chicken broth and ended up pouring off some at the end to make it less watery. But the flavors were wonderful and it tasted so "undiet-like" that my husband and I eat this all the time now. I vary the cheeses and it always comes out delicious. Thanks, again, Rachael!!

London broil is a good entre to begin with. The red chard was especially delicious; it was a sweeter twist to a warm green dish. The cauliflower was the real suprise, it actually tastes similar to potato au gratin, only lighter.

The gravy was excellent. My family loved it! The cauliflower on the other hand was the consistancy of soup...way too much broth. I did enjoy the flavor though. Next time I'll drain most of the broth. Enjoy!

I made this recipe for a family member visiting. She loved it. My sons thought the smashed cauliflower was excellent!! I used Collard greens instead of the Red Chard and it was delicious!!
