I only made the smashed cauliflower and it was great but I drained all the broth out except for maybe 1/2 cup and it was still watery. I would definatley make it again but drain all the broth out. The flavor was great!!

The London Broil with gravy is very good. Wouldn't waste time with the mashed cauliflower, though, unless you really want to. Low carb diets are useless unless you are on them long enough for your cells to undergo ketosis, which, for most people, is highly unlikely.

I made the cauliflower from "memory" and was making it with a half a head. It didn't "mash" but I put it in the food processor and it came out wonderfully. I now have the recipe as written and know we will enjoy this many times. Can't wait to make it for the family! Thank you, Rachel!

I have done the "cauliflower" mashed potatoes thing before and was very disappointed. This time it came out EXCELLENT. I used the chicken broth to cook the cauliflower, but drained the cauliflower because it would have been too watery (maybe the cauliflower I used was too small. I used a touch more cheese then the recipe called for only because I love cheese. I felt (for me I didn't need any salt because of the saltyness of the cheese. For us it was perfect. Thank you Rachel

Terrific recipe. I used the swiss cheese slices instead of the cheddar

Steak was very good. Be careful with the amount of broth you use for the cauliflower. Mine was very runny. My husband really liked the Red Chard and ham.
