I find myself disappointed with many of Rachel's recipes but this one is a keeper. It was very simple, and very tasty. I would definately make it again.

Even my husband had nice things to say about this one! He really liked it. It was fairly easy and had great flavor. I had alot left over, froze it and plan to eat it again this week. Will definately do again!

The Chicken a la King is great. I usually have to make several (4-6 different dinners each night, but every once in a while I find a winner. This is one of those. Everybody loved it.

I JUST MADE THIS YESTERDAY AND MY FAMILY LOVED IT. EVEN MY 9 MONTH OLD DAUGHTER LOVED THIS DISH. THE ONLY THING I CHANGED WAS I CUT EACH CHICKEN BREAST INTO 2 PIECES. IT WAS SOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD IT IS A DEFINITE MEAL I WILL MAKE OVER AND OVER ESPECIALLY DURING THE APPROACHING WINTER MONTHS.

I use the frozen southern style biscuits from Pillsbury which taste more like homemade. I sauteed some carrots and added just a little onion. I also thought it needed to be a little thicker.

This was fairly quick, easy, delicious and pretty. Sauce was a bit thin for my taste, but I added additional flour. Also added sherry at the end as Rachel mentioned. Added a nice flavor. I'm not wild about pimento (except pimento cheese, of course, but added it anyway and it was delicious. Don't leave it out! I also served lettuce wedges with homemade Green Goddess dressing. All I needed was avocado mel-mac and the Brady Bunch!

We really enjoyed this recipe, even my wife that does not like onions agreed it was a great dish (of course she did not eat them. We prefer the Flaky style bisquets instead of regular but it was delicious
