This is the best! Quick, easy and delicious. I used frozen chicken tenderloins. When it was finished I seasoned with a few pinches of white pepper and mild paprika. I will definately make this again, and again! The cayene pepper on the bisquits added just the right flavor. A little goes a long way...use sparingly.

We loved this recipe, as it is very easy and delicious. I read the reviews with people saying it was a little runny. Since there is one tablespoon of olive oil and two of butter, I used 3 tablespoons of flour for the rue, and it worked out perfectly, so try that. I did leave out the bay leaf and pimentos (because I don't like them, and it was still good. My 18 yr old son thought the cayenne pepper really added flavor to the biscuits. Only use a little, as it's really spicy!! Enjoy!

This was just disgusting. How anyone could like this is beyond me. Doesn't the network test recipes before it allows its tv hosts demo them on the air or post them on their website? So much ~less~ than cooking.

similar to chicken pot pie, i fixed corn and mashed potatoes and threw all of it together. it was filling and easy. i did thicken with a little extra flour, but that's just me!

This is a rather dull chicken and biscuits recipe. I agree with the other reviewers - stick with Emeril's version.
