I make this several times a month. My whole family loves it. The only change that I made was to use beef stock, instead of chicken stock. Personal preference, I guess. Might have to give the chicken stock a second go after reading so many rave reviews!

My husband has been asking me for 5 years to make this and I finally did. It was wonderful and I am going to make again and again.

Just like a hamburger but more work. It tastes fine, but so does a burger on the Foreman grill with Worcestershire in when mixing it--which is what I always do anyway.

I use this recipe to make sandwiches, wraps or anything with ground meat. It is a great way to prep it.

This is a great recipe to whip up when you've got kids to feed, (and hungry husbands too. It's fast and easy as well when you need something quick. My 5 yr. old nephew is super picky and he came back for seconds and even wanted the leftovers the next day for lunch. He doens't like sandwhiches so I just served it up in a bowl with some grated cheese on top. He loved it!

I did not get to see Rachel prepare this meal so I am not sure how this is supposed to look. Mine looked like some cooked hamburger meat ready for some chili or something. My family made fun of this the entire evening.
