    This dressing was not for me. I really did not like it too much. I tried it after making it for fresh vegetables and then again on a salad the next day after letting the flavors meld. I didn't like it anymore the following day. It tastes like a "diet" dressing to me.

    I made this dressing last night and I did not care for it at all. The other members of my family asked me not to make it again. Usually I make Rachel's recipes and they turn out fabulous,but not this one. Sorry.

    I am on Weight Watchers and really like the cilantro dressing at Applebees. Try using cilantro instead of the dill for a change. It is very good.

    I really like this recipe. My only complaint would be that it calls for too much dill. So the second time I made it, I used a lot less dill and it turned out great. It's very creamy and works well as a dip.
