Mine came out ok but 1/2 a lime was plenty in the sour cream or it would have been soupy. Same with the guacamole... I let the green salsa reduce a bit and used less red salsa because it was strong molcajete salsa from my fav Mex restaurant. Two jars of salsa would have made it watery. Also it is too much sour cream.

My dip got very soupy as well. However, it was still great. We couldn't stop eating it!

The dip was very good and my family enjoyed it. But it was soupy even after I chilled it.

Awesome flavor but reaaaaally soupy. I think maybe straining the salsas before putting them in would help? So much watery stuff floating on top. I'll still try it again with straining the salsa.

I was pleasantly surprised how delicious this turned out! After reading the reviews about it
being too "soupy" I put the dip in the refrigerator to chill.. I took my guacamole and sour
cream in separate containers and added them at the last minute.. DELICIOUS stuff!
