    This is a waste of time. The end result is generally bland. I can think of many interesting ways to splurge on the fat in all of that cheese and butter. This is simply not good. My family was very disappointed, especially me. And I'm not picky at all...

    This Pasta dish had a nice flavor. The whole family enjoyed it. Although the appearance of my sauce was more grainy than Rachael's. I have never been successful in making a cheese sauce that is creamy, so I must be doing something wrong. But, when it tastes good my family doesn't seem to care.

    We were sadly disappointed with what sounded like a wonderful recipe. A peculiar flavor to the casserole that just didn't taste right. A grainy texture to the sauce and way to much at that. Oh and bland. Will not make a again sorry to say. A real waste to time and effort

    The dish was good and everything, but there was something missing. My cheese sauce didn't come out as thick as Rachael's even with cornstarch mixed with water added to it. I suppose I will try this recipe again some time and hopefully the cheese sauce will turn on better.

    This was a great recipe. Very tasty; however, next time I want to play with the roux mixture. I'm not sure if there is too much liquid with the stock but the it never thickened too much and then the cheese sauce was grainy. I ommited the red pepper but the paprika gives a nice flavor! I will definitely try this recipe again!
