This looked so good on the show when she cooked it. It came out ok, not very cheesy tasting at all. I had tons of sauce left over - almost 2 cups and I followed the recipe exactly. It was a little too spicy for my 16 month old, I should have left out the cayenne pepper. My husband said it was good but I didn't need to make it again. I have tried many other RR recipes and have had great luck except for this. Not bad, but just not great like most of the others!!

Who would have thought! I love this recipe and now if I use the box I add stuff to it to make it a better choice. Still I love to make it from scratch and this was a big hit especially with the kids.

This is a great way to make mac and cheese as a complete meal and it tastes great. It makes a huge amount and I thought I'd get a second meal out of it but my son liked it so much he ate it after school and hockey practice--it didn't last 3 days! I didn't even get a second helping.

I made this for the first time for a holiday meeting that we were having at work. Everyone absolutely loved it. Everyone was asking how I came up with this and I told them Thanks to Rachel Rey and her 30 minute meals. I am making this dish again for my father's birthday get together. Again thank you so much Rachel for making cooking so easy even for someone that does not like to cook. I really enjoyed making this dish.

i thought it was pretty good, but the chicken broth gave the sauce a kind of unusual flavor, and i can't decide whether i really liked it or not
