    Although this recipe was decent, I would not make it again. The texture was grainy, it didn't have much flavor, and it was way too spicy for a family. I'm a great cook, but this one did not turn out to be a winner. Make something else. I love ya Rachel, but one is a waste of good cheese!

    I'm not picky but I hated this! The cheese sauce was bland with a bite. If you are going to make this any way like I did. Don't skip the djion mustard, it will cause your sauce to seperate.

    my family (esp. my children love mac and cheese and will only eat homemade. i thought this would be a new twist on an old favorite since i make my mac and cheese with a bachamel sauce as well, it was not really mac and cheese at all. it is a pasta dish with cheese, broccoli and chicken and it's SPICY! my children did not like that so i would cut out the cayenne and the paprika if feeding to kids. otherwise, you really need to add lots of salt and pepper to give it any flavor. i was not a fan.

    The sauce was a disaster so I scrapped it and used marinara with the broccoli, chicken and pasta. It was really good.

    It tasted fine. But my husband said to me: "This isn't any thing any better than what can be found at school hot lunch." So, I guess I won't make it again.

    needed more spice and sharper cheese - will use white cheddar and more spice next time, but a good combonation nonetheless

    This was really easy to make, and a really good way to get some broccoli in you if you like it as much as me (and I really don't like it. The flavor has a hint of broccoli taste, like a good broccoli cheddar soup. Definitely a keeper.
