    Rachael, you are still a goddess! This recipe turned out not great for us- the sauce was off. Maybe I just made it wrong?

    This was easy and very yummy! My girlies love it. I pretty much followed the recipe excpt I did put a pinch of nutmeg into the white sauce before adding the cheese. I did think it could have used alot more broccoli.

    This has become one of my favorite mac and cheese recipes. I love the addition of cayenne pepper...it adds a nice kick to the sauce.

    My family just loved this recipe! The sauce was just great. The serving sizes were plentiful too. I added more noodles and the meal stretched quite nicely.

    Changes I Made:
    Sprial instead of macarroni noodles
    Chili pepper instead of cayene pepper
    2x the Broccoli

    This is the second time that I have made this recipe and both times the cheese sauce did not come together. The first time I thought that I surely must have done something wrong, so I gave it another try. But the sauce broke again on the second try - it was gritty and just overall not smooth. Very disappointing!! I really like the other components of this recipe (chx and broccoli- maybe I will have to use someone else's recipe cheese sauce recipe???
