    I was disappointed in the sauce. It didn't taste very good. It didn't hold together well. Next time I won't use as much milk or omit the chicken stock.

    Made the Mac and Cheddar with just the broccoli because we had some Chicken Cordon Bleu. Was very good and where there is only 2 of us, will freeze some of it.

    This dish is quick and easy! My grandkids love it! They expect it everytime they visit. Kids love mac and cheese and with this dish they get broccoli sorta snuck in..but they don't mind! I sometimes add sliced mushrooms (another of their favorites.

    I made this dish for my family and while it was good, it lacked that 'wow' factor that would make me want to keep eating it. It was a bit bland, so perhaps I need to use more dijon, cayenne, etc.

    I thought this recipe was very tasty, but next time I may experiment with the cheese sauce so it is more pleasing to the palate, i.e. creamier, cheesier and less brothy. Perhaps eliminating the chicken broth will do it for me. The cool thing about this recipe is that you can have fun experimenting with it, adding different cheeses, etc. Way to go, Rach!

    The cosistance of the cheese was AWFULL!!!I disagree with her I think that cheese powder from the box would be a million times better. The overall meal was just PIT-I-FULL!!!
