The only change I made to this recipe was I replaced the macadamias with pecans since we had fresh pecans right from our own tree. What a waste. The cookies were so sickeningly sweet that no one would eat more than a bite. They ended up going stale and we had to throw them away. Very disappointed as this is the first Racel Ray recipe I've tried.

A very easy and delicious cookie to make. I dusted the top of cooled cookies with powdered sugar before cutting into squares.

These cookies are great! I used Betty Crocker brand sugar cookies, which turned out to be awesome. I made them for my teachers for the holidays, and I even had one that was stunned that I actually made them! He kept asking what bakery I purchased the cookies from. I scooped them as regular cookies intsead of the bar because I don't like the "crust" on bar cookies. The extra effort was well worth it. You have got to try these!

Excellent easy desert to make with the kids. They were gone as soon as everyone started talking about them.

Loved this. I added some walnuts cause I didn't have enouph macademia nuts and my husband kept going into the kitchen to get some more and after the 5th one he decided he better stop before he gets sick.
