The pork recipe's ok, but it pales in comparison to the turkey, which is GREAT. My husband requests it over and over.

I gave this recipe 5 stars because it was good and easy; however, I'm just not a huge fan of chipotle flavor as I've discovered and I wouldn't make it again.

All the prep and chopping for this menu took way more than 30 minutes. Perhaps you actually *can* prepare it in 30 minutes if you are a perpetual crack smoker.

This was a very easy recipe. My nephew, who is 12, did some of the prep work. If its easy for him to do then anyone can do this. We used chicken instead of turkey and it still worked. Great taste and colorful.

My husband tried all of this as a way to change up his usual tacos. Of course, it took much longer than 30 minutes! It was rather average. Nobody liked the pork, which was kind of bland and dry. I would suggest looking for better recipes for the taco dinner.

The pork was a little flavorless. Better if marinated a bit a little pineapple juice al pastor style (doesn't take long. I would also forego the EVOO in browning the meat - just use a nonstick pan and the water. You can make up for the absence of EVOO by frying up your own, authentic, crispy taco shells from corn tortillas in canola oil. Yummo.

Yum! I made this when we had unexpected dinner company & everyone loved it. I especially liked the turkey chipotle mix -- what a great mix of favors. The pork mix didn't go over as well. Compared with the turkey, it was kinda flavorless & dry. Next time I'll skip the pork & make extra turkey.
