Racheal Ray is awesome at making easy and fast desserts!
I loved it, the raspberries were an awesome touch. You can also substitute it with Blackberries, it gives it just the right earthy flavor !

easy, delicious, impressive. next time i will try the maple cream w/peaches or apples or w/cake. the berries turned the maple cream a purple-y color which i think kinda took away from the visual appeal.
